Also, since it’s been a while since this was mentioned in Chapter 6, Tiergan can use his fire because his implant is malfunctioning. Comes with painful side effects

Hum. I don't know how I would feel if I had to report personally to that woman. She's scary. Now I know why Oliver's going gray so early. And I see where our boy Aidan gets his scary-SOB genes from...

Now that I've seen this, I'm secretly hoping for him to barbecue his wife. That would be satisfying.

Ohhh flattery will get you everywhere with Veruka :P She takes a great relish in being intimidating.

hahaha scary-SOB genes XDDD I can dig it. It doesn't help that Aiden is mentally imbalanced which makes him just a bit more scary (considering he can light things on fire)

That lends a different dimension to Veruka's mention of "personal"...
I don't think there's enough bleach to rid my brain of the image that rises from that.
